Questions about app analytics

App-specific commerce behaviour, in five groups: Overview, Sales & Customers, Acquisition & Checkout, Products, and Campaigns. That covers revenue and orders placed in the app, new versus recurring customers, the session-to-checkout funnel, per-product views, add-to-carts and wishlists, and the sales credited to push notifications and drops. The full metric list is in the table further down this page.

In the Napps dashboard, under Analytics. Napps runs as an embedded Shopify admin app, so the reports open from the same Shopify admin you already use, next to Pages Manager, Push Notifications and the rest of the app settings.

No, it answers a different question. Shopify Analytics reports your whole store across every channel. Napps reports what happens inside the mobile app: app sessions, the in-app funnel, product engagement, platform split, and the revenue attributed to push notifications and drops. Those are the numbers a store-wide report cannot separate out.

Yes. The Campaigns tab credits sales, orders, average order value and checkouts to notifications, and breaks them down by content type alongside send, receive and click rates. Drops are reported the same way, by format: countdown, early access, collection and product.

No. Analytics is part of the Napps dashboard and starts collecting as soon as your app is live. There is no separate SDK, tag or tracking script to add.
